Shipping policy

Processing

All pieces are ready to wear and ready to ship. Orders ship from Brooklyn, NY within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

US Shipping

Free standard shipping on every US order. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipping. Expedited shipping is available at checkout at carrier cost.

International Shipping

International shipping is a bit complex right now so we handle it case by case. If you are outside the US and want a piece, email info@wearzorsay.com or DM us on Instagram and we will figure it out based on inventory location.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated in several days or your package appears lost, email info@wearzorsay.com.

Wrong Address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before the order ships. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we will always do our best to help recover them.

US returns ship back on a prepaid label we send you. See our Refund Policy for the 14-day window and conditions.
