We want you to love your Zorsay piece. Every garment is handmade and one of a kind, but if it is not right for you, we make returns easy.
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, email info@wearzorsay.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label for US orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Since most of our pieces are one of one, exact exchanges are not always possible. If sizing is the issue, email us. We will help you find another piece that fits, offer store credit, or process a refund. If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, reach out and we will measure the exact garment for you.
Custom orders, made-to-order pieces, and items marked final sale at purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. Corporate and bulk orders are governed by their own agreements.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you, with a replacement (when possible), repair, or full refund including shipping.
